4 Channel Video Transceiver 4x BNC Female + 1x data BNC male x 4 to one x RJ45 female Transceiver, with terminals for Data.

Ideal for four camera transmission. Use two devices one at each end with one single cat5 cable connecting each device, for excellent four Video signal transmission.

Or as three camera with data transmission. Ideal for PTZ camera on RS485. Passive no power required.
